I wrote this song from a place of feeling frustrated about not being able to see beyond our limited understanding of reality due to our fallen nature. I believe that one day, all will be revealed when we stand before our Maker, but until that time we can only use our five senses to understand reality and sometimes, it just doesn't feel like enough.

This is an original song which was inspired by current events, as well as the spirit of nostalgia which has swept the nation, leading to a desire to return to the "good old days". Regardless of my own propensity for nostalgia, I understand that the "good old days" weren't really all that good and I look forward to a better world, which is yet to come, when our King returns.
